What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

How do I care for my MM swimsuit?

Our quality pieces require quality care. Please care for your swimwear by following these 5 simple instructions: 

Hand Wash

Do Not Bleach

Dry Flat

Low Iron

Do Not Dry Clean

My item is wrong/damaged

Please email Mackenzie at info@mackenziemaddison.com with your order number and explain any issues you may have with your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

Where can I try on MM swimwear in person?

Come visit us at our pop-ups in Vancouver, BC this summer!

Why don't you offer sales?

Mackenzie Maddison is a small and growing e-commerce business. We pride oursevles on our core value, Made Local. Creating swimwear that is designed and manufactured by a small female founded pattern and sample apparel studio here in Vancouver, BC. Grateful to have a supportive and healthy working relationship with our production team, we are able to be very hands on in all aspects of the creative process and ensure quality control on all pieces. More importantly, we can guarantee everyone a part of the creative process is compensated properly, making living wages.

Due to the high developmental costs that come with small batch, top quality, and local production, we are unable to offer sales at this time. We appreciate all of your support and look forward to the growth ahead, offering discount codes and seasonal sales in the near future!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

In the event that a return needs to take place, please e-mail Mackenzie at info@mackenziemaddison.com. In the e-mail, please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Please Note: 

- You have 10 days to return your swimwear from the date it was received. 

- All returns must be sent back in their original condition: unwashed, unworn and undamaged. No deodorant, no perfume, and no make-up stains. The hygienic sticker and all tags must be attached. 

- Mackenzie Maddison reserves the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

- Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or duties is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.

- Mackenzie Maddison is not responsible for the costs incurred for shipping returned merchandise. International orders are subject to customs.

- Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. All last chance items are FINAL SALE.

What is your exchange policy?

At this time, we do not issue exchanges - we apologize for any inconvenience.

If you are in need of a return, please follow our return policy. Once we have received your item(s) we will issue a refund for your original payment. In the meantime, you can order your new desired item(s) online. 

I want to cancel or change my order

At Mackenzie Maddison we work quickly to process and ship your order. Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items (including size) in your order and mailing address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure, please email info@mackenziemaddison.com

When will my pre-sale order ship?

Pre-sale orders will ship 2-3 weeks after the date ordered. Once your pre-sale order has been shipped, you will recieve email confirmations and a Canada Post tracking number for your order.

Please provide an email when checking out on your pre-sale order!

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please note order may be subject to delay during holidays, this can range from 3-6 business days.

How much is shipping?

All shipping is sent via Canada Post. All orders come with tracking and a signature is required.

CANADA: 

Canada Post with Tracking: $15

UNITED STATES:

Canada Post with Tracking: $25 

Curious as to why all packages are shipped with tracking? In the past we have experienced both lost packages as well as shipping delays. A tracking number allows both merchant and customer to find missing items as well as understand why some packages are taking longer than expected. 

Please note, as a small business who is incorporating sustainable and ethical practices, we produce small batch quantities. We don’t sell at a large volume like a lot of your favourite brands. With this being said, we pay top dollar for shipping and our shipping costs reflects that. We appreciate your understanding and your support. We plan to lower these costs as we grow and develop as a business. The good news is that we do offer FREE shipping on all orders over $175! 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we now offer local pickup!

Pick Up Dates/Times: 

Monday: 9AM-12PM

Wednesday: 4PM-7PM

At checkout, select local pickup and you'll receive a link to schedule a time to pickup your order.
