Over the past year we have made a conscious effort to shift our brand in a more sustainable direction. We are honoured to share our new practices, partnerships and materials with you, our community.
Our Efforts
Production
We partnered with a local, Vancouver apparel studio who supported us from start to finish - pattern making, sample development and small batch production. Together, we created a quality product sustainably and ethically.
Upcycling
With sustainability in mind, we decided to upcycle the over ordered fabrics from the mistakes of our past and create handmade sarongs and scrunchies. We also decided to upcycle these fabrics and use it as the lining for some of the pieces in our It Was All A Dream collection.
Our Fabric
We source our fabric locally, supporting our economy and reducing travel emissions. We are proud to create quality swimwear from recycled materials made from plastic water bottles and other post-consumer recycled raw materials
Packaging
We have transitioned to sustainable packaging for both our garment bags and mailer bags. Our garment bags are compostable and made from home-compostable materials, mainly corn starch. Our mailer bags are 100% compostable, 100% recyclable and printed with vegetable-based inks.
Our Partners Who Make This Possible

We are proud to work with Fashion Studio No.5 to produce quality swimwear designed and manufactured ethically and sustainably in Vancouver, Canada.
